To Whom it may concern

I realize that you are promoting in your successful portal the Las Cavas Hotel as a Best Western Member and your are using also BW Global Promotions as a part of the benefits for the clients. The brand was removed from this hotel since 1998 and is not more a Best Western Member, the reason was because the property did not meet the Minimum Standard required by Best Western International and by the guest.

Please remove the name Best Western from this hotel and also remove the banner used with BW Global promotion.

Now Best Western Mexico have an excellent hotel in Tequisquiapan, named Best Western Tequisquiapan . It´s a great property with the most highest standards of quality which can meet the needs and expectation for the clients. This hotel can be promote in your portal with the confidence that your clients will get a true Best Western Hotel with the support of a Global Brand
